Married\, moved to Somerville and started a family. \n\n\n\nJake has had twenty years of experiences in new media Internet startups\, capital campaigns for landmark building projects\, municipal government\, and professional sports.  He served as President of Somerville Youth Soccer and Treasurer and President of the Friends of the Healey School. \n\n\n\nIn 2021\, he won a seat on the City Council.
