Alta Horizon Travel

About

From my earliest trips across Europe and Asia as a kid, travel has fundamentally shaped the way I see the world. Those experiences exposed me to cultures, perspectives, and ways of life far beyond my own, sparking a lifelong curiosity about people, history, and human connection. Climbing a glacier in Argentina, being moved to tears by the family story of a local guide in Vietnam, or finding unexpected connections with strangers halfway across the world have taught me that travel is far more than a vacation – it is one of the most powerful forms of education, empathy, and personal transformation we can experience.

For over a decade, I built a career in finance, working in business development and client service roles that sharpened my ability to listen, organize, problem-solve, and build trusted relationships. Over time, however, I came to realize that some of the most meaningful and perspective-shifting moments in my life were happening outside the routines of everyday professional life – through conversations with strangers in faraway places, immersion in cultures unlike my own, and experiences that pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Through years of reflection, I came to understand that the experiences that moved me most profoundly in life were rooted in curiosity, human connection, emotional discovery, and the shared joy of exploration.

I founded Alta Horizon Travel for curious, thoughtful travelers who want experiences that are seamless, deeply personal, and enriching. My approach blends meticulous planning and logistical expertise with a passion for culture, storytelling, and meaningful human experiences. Whether it’s uncovering hidden perspectives through local experts, balancing adventure with restoration, or designing journeys that broaden your worldview, my goal is to create travel experiences that leave people feeling inspired, fulfilled by what they’ve discovered along the way.
