Catch 22: City Council President Matt McLaughlin

ABOUT MATT MCLAUGHLIN:  Matt McLaughlin is a Somerville native, Iraq War veteran, youth advocate, labor activist, community organizer, Ward 1 City Councilor and President of the 2022-2023 City  Council. He has continued to devote his time in office to community advocacy, successfully advocating for affordable housing, criminal justice and drug reform, increases in youth services, increased transparency in government, and inclusion in community processes.
